When you register as a customer or provider, CITY STAFF sends a 6-digit verification code to your email from support@citystaffs.com. Enter this code on the verification screen to activate your account. The code expires in 1 hour. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Tap "Apply here" on the Sign In page, fill out your profile with your name, email, phone, and a short bio about your skills. After submitting, verify your email with the code sent from support@citystaffs.com. Our team will review and approve your application.
We accept payments via Flutterwave, which supports bank cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money across Africa. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Yes! Go to Orders, select the booking, and tap Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
Providers receive 70% of the service fee. Payouts are processed automatically to your registered bank account after the job is completed and confirmed by the customer.
